Life has taught me several powerful lessons along the way. My life was already messy - being a daughter, being a wife, being an emergency medicine physician, and being a mother. Then an injury a few years ago left me temporarily disabled on medical leave. The experience profoundly reshaped my own priority for health and wellness. We have one life to live. I changed my own habits to create a strong, balanced and more sustainable life through nutrition, physical activity, sleep, mental health and social connection. I was coached to change my mindset. I know one of my purposes is to help others reshape their own priorities through coaching. I completed my coach training program through Wellcoaches and I am National Health and Wellness Coaching board certified.
