2. No Medical Advice

Our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • We are not licensed medical providers acting in a clinical capacity

  • Coaching is not a substitute for professional healthcare

  • Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making health changes

By using our services, you acknowledge full responsibility for your health decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Payments, Billing, and Packages (Stripe)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise specified

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information

  • We do not store your full payment details

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time.

Packages and Payment Terms

  • Packages must be paid in full unless a payment plan is explicitly offered

  • If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of usage of services

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services and potential collection actions

Subscriptions (if applicable)

  • Subscription services, if offered, will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date

  • You are responsible for managing cancellations before billing cycles

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and No-Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • Packages or bundles

  • Group programs

  • Digital products or resources

By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including lack of results, change of circumstances, or unused sessions.

Coaching Session Cancellations

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), will be forfeited and not rescheduled or refunded

Packages and Bundles Policy

  • All coaching packages must be used within [insert timeframe, e.g., 3–6 months] from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified

  • Any unused sessions after the expiration period will be forfeited without refund or credit

  • Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared with others

Program Participation

  • Enrollment in group programs or courses is non-refundable once access is granted

  • If you choose not to participate or complete the program, no refunds or credits will be issued

Exceptions

We do not guarantee exceptions to this policy. Any exception, if granted, is at the sole and absolute discretion of Longevity Lifesaver LLC and does not create an obligation for future exceptions.

6. Telehealth-Style Services

We offer virtual coaching via video, phone, or online platforms.

By participating, you agree:

  • You understand these are non-clinical coaching services, not medical telehealth

  • Electronic communication may carry privacy risks

  • You are responsible for ensuring a private, secure environment during sessions

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Participate actively in coaching sessions

  • Take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being

Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs—including text, graphics, logos, and materials—is the property of Longevity Lifesaver LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share materials without permission

  • Use our content for commercial purposes

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined there.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, scheduling tools, video platforms). We are not responsible for their performance, security, or policies.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Terminate access

  • Cancel bookings

if these Terms are violated or for any reason deemed necessary.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation first

  • If unresolved, through courts located in Massachusetts
